Hello! I'm glad you're here.

I started this blog about 5 years ago after returning from a short-term mission trip to Guatemala as a way to document that trip and how it impacted my life. My hope was to use this as a space to share my thoughts and keep people updated about what was happening in my life. While that hasn't happened quite as frequently as I would have liked, I am still so grateful for this little corner of the Internet...because some things are just too long for an Instagram post ;)

Anyway, I moved from my hometown in Kansas 3 years ago to the greater Seattle area. I am currently teaching Pre-K at a Christian Preschool, assisting in an after-school program, + babysitting on the side.

I tend to spend my free time going to concerts, sitting at one of many local coffee, or hanging out with my awesome housemates.

This life can be a crazy one + I hope to share some things that I'm learning along the way.
